WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater hag been apprised of the build-
up by accretion at certain lands in Clearwater Pass, off Baysidn Shares,
in the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, under the rule governing accretion, control of these
lands should revert to the owners of record of the abutting uplands; and
WHEREAS, the Trustees of the internal Improvement Fund of the
State of Florida, after an extensive review of the situation, have agreed to
issue Disclaimers of any rights, other than oil and mineral, which the State
of Florida might have to the upland property owners; and
WHEREAS, since the lands in question are within the City limits
of the City of Clearwater, the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund
desire that• the City Camxnissian concur in the issuance of said Disclaimers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
