' No, 65 - 109
WHEREAS, it has been requested by National Exchange Investment,
Inc. , the owner of certain real estate in Blocks 3 and N of Brooklawn
Subdivision, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate Idlewild Drive
running West from Kings Highway to Gardenia Avenue in said Brookside
Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the said portion of said street is not necessary nor
required and it is deemed to be to the best intcreat and advantage of the
City and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE5OLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
1, That the following described portion of that certain platted
and dedicated street:
Idlewild Drive running West from Kinga Highway to
Gardenia Avenue, according to the map or Rlat of
Brooklawn Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Boak I3,
page 59 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the earns is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the peraons, firma ar coxporations entitled thereto by law.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to National
Exchange Investment, Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2rOth day of September, 1965.
