NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE GITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
'!.N SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $219, 90 be paid to the General Fund of the City
of Clearwater from the Constructlon Trust Fund by the First National Bank
of Clearwater, Floxida, Truster thereof of Construction Treat Fund Agree-
ment dated April 1, 1963, which Constxuctian Trust Fund is derived from
proceeds of the sale of Incinerator Revenue Bonds, Series of 1963.
2. That a cextified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
#o said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to
the said City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B)
and other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of ueptembex, 1965,
