NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF TI•iE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSIDN DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
I. That the sum of $ l1. 38 be paid to the Special Improvement Fund
of the City of Clearwatex from the Construction Trust Fund by the Bank of
Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust
Fund Agreement dated July 18, 1961, which Construction Trust Fund is
derived from proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates,
Series of 1960.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to
the said City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B)
and other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
