to execute a certain agreement with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company,
bearing date of July Z2, 1965, in connection with the installation of three
water mains beneath the Railroad's right of way and tracks in the vicinity
of Mile Posts ~-881 and RE-882, Clearwater, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1965.
