NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARVrATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY
AND REGULARLY A55EMBLED~ AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described portion of that certain platted and
dedicated street:
The West end of Cedar Street or that portion thereof West of
Fairburn Avenue lying between Lot Seven {?), Black "E",
Fairburn Subdivision, and Lot One (1), Block "H", Fairburn
Subdivision, according to map or plat thereof as xecorded in
Plat Book l2, page 18, of the Public Records of Pinellas county,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms ar corporations entitled thereto by law..
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to R. Vance
Barden.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1965.
