WHEREAS, it has boon requested by Mr. J. H. Webster and Mr. '
Jack Moan, owners of certain property in Mandalay Subdivision, Clearwater,
Florida, that the City of Clearwater vacate a certain portion of the platted
and dedicated right of way of Eldorado Avcnuc; and
V
WHEREAS, said portion of the right of way is not necessary nor
required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage o.f the
City and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described portion of the platted and dedicated
right of way of Eldorado Avenue:
Begin at the NE corner of Lot 3 in Block 2 of Mandalay
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 14, pages 3Z through
35 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and
„ run thence North along the East line of said Block 2, 36.41
feet for P. O. B. ; thence along a curve to the left, chord
bearing S 42°36=05" E, 169.22 feat, arc = 185.88 feet and
radius ~ I25.0 feet to a point an the Northexly line of Block
1 of said Mandalay Subdivision; thence N 85°1210" W, 114. g5
feet along the Northerly line of said Block 1 to a point on the
East line of said Block 2; thence North 114. 95 feet tv P. O. $.,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its righE, title and
interest thereto to the persons, firms ar corporations entitled thereto
by law.
2, That a certified copy of this Resolution be fuxnished to
Wightman, Rawe & Ulmer, 319 S. Garden Avenue, Clearwater, Florida,
attorneys for said owners,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1965.
