WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the °wnor of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it hoe now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right of way,
although the same is to be used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires t° officially dedicate
said right of way by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION Off' THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED. AS
