WHEREAS, it has been requested by the owners of certain real
property situated in Miller~a Replat, recorded in Plat Book 26, page 17
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, that the City of Clearwater,
Florida, vacate certain portions of platted and dedicated rights of way; and
WHEREAS, said portions of rights of way arc not necessary nor
required except for pedestrian right of way only as indicated below, and
it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated; ,

That the following described portions of platted and dedicated
rights of way:
Right of Way far Ambler Street, West of Mandalay Road,
less the East I6U feet thereof, less and except the pedestrian
easement described on the attached survey,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thexeto to the persons, fixrns ar corporations entitled thereto by law.
It is understood that the remaining lU foot portion of Amblex Street
is dedicated as a pedestrian walkway in perpetuity; however, the said property
owner shall have the right to bridge the said pedestrian easement in
accordance with plans and specifications submitted to and approved by the
Building Inspector of the City of Clearwater, and also the right to pave
said pedestrian walkway, if desired.
