WHEREAS, it has been xequested by the owners of lots in
Block z, Milton Park Subdivision, according to map or plat thoreof
as recorded in Plat Bovk 1, page 69 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, that tho City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a ,-
certain alley in said Block 2, which rune in an East-West directio5n
between Prospect Avenue and Ewing Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said alley is not necessary nor required and it is
deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLDRIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FtOLLOWS:
That the alley described as follows:
The East-West alley running between Prospect Avenue
and Ewing Avenue in Block 2 of Milton Park Subdivision,
according to map yr plat thereof as recorded in Plat Sook
1, page 69 of the Public Records of Pinellas Country, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
~` Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and
interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto
by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, A. D. 1965.
