RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it necessary to lay, main-
twin and operate under the tracks and property of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad
Company a Line of 2, 375 (O. D. j steel carrier pipe within a 6-5/8 inch {O. D. j
steel casing pipe, far the conveyance of natural gas, in or near Safety Harbor,
Pinellas County, Florida, at a point 455 feet, more ar less, southwardly from
Railroad's Milo Poet 867; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that effect far
formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the proper municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted by said
City, formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper City
officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to execute
a certain agreement with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company in connection
with the laying, maintenance and operation under the tracks and property of the
Railroad a line of 2, 375 (O. D.) steel carrier pipe within a 6-5/8 inch {0.17. )
steel casing gipe, for the conveyance of natural gas, in or near Safety Harbor,
Pinellas County, Florida, at a point 955 feet, more or less, southwardly
from Railroad's Mile Past 8b7.
