the City of Clearwater, Floridn, that the property dcscr~bed be-
last should be clenned of wends, grass and/or underbrush, and that
niter ten (l0) days notice and failure of the owner thereof to
do so, the City should clean such property and charge the costa

the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the following described pro-
perty, situate in said City, shall be cleaned of weeds, grand and~or
underbrush within ten (10) days after notice in writing to the owners
thereof to do so and that upon failure to cott~ply with said notice, the
City shall perform such cleaning and charge the costs thereof against
the respective properties in accordance with Section l2a of the Char-
