WHEREAS, Construction Trust Fund derived from proceeds of the
sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of 1959, now has a
balance remaining of $21, 489.21; and
WHEREAS, said Constxuction Trust Fund derived from proceeds of
the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificated Series of 1959 now remains
inactive, it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City
that this balance in the sum of $21, 489.21 be transferred to the Construction
Trust Fund derived from the proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improve-
ment Certificates, Series of 19b0;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C1TY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FDLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $21, 489.21 be transferred from the Construction
Trust Fund by the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof
of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated Octobex 21, 1959, which Con-'
struction Trust Fund fa derived from proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax
Improvement Certificates, Series of 1959, to the Construction Trust Fund
of which the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwatex, Florida, is Trustee thereof
of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated July 18, 1961, which Construction
Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the safe of Utilities Tax Improvement
Certificates, Series of 1860.
