officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CLTY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, togethex with the other appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater are hereby authorized and empowered to execute a
certain agreement with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, bearing
date of Novembex 2q, I963, in connection with the maintenance of a pipe
for the purpose of sanitary sewer and a storm sewer across the right of way
and under track ~7 of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad in Grand Central
Avenue, Clearwater, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, A. D. 1463.
