WHEREAS, the development of the Clearwater Industrial Park is ,39:."~s?:`~~~ ?

important to the economy of Pinellas County; and
WHEREAS, the extension of Belcher Raad northward to 5unaet Point
Road is important to the development of the Clearwater Industrial Park in that
it would provide better access to the Park and from the Park to U. 5. Highway
No. 19, and. would provide access to certain eectians of the Park where none
now exists; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned extension of Belcher Road would additionally
benefit Pinellas County by providing another North-South artery from Sunset
Point Road southward to Bryan Dairy Road, facilitating traffic between growing
industrial districts, the St. Peters burg~Clearwater International Airport and
the industrial areas in that vicinity; an

COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
That the Board of County Commissioners of Pinellas County be and
are hereby requested to improve and pave Belcher Road northward to Sunset
Point Road,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this znd day of December` 1963.
