WHEREAS, it hoe now came to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated for street right of way,
ultitough tltc same is to be used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
right of way by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE5OLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property he and the same is hereby
dedicated as public street for use by the general public and the City of Clear-
water, generally as their interests may appear:

along the South line of said Section 14, 354.0 feet; thence North 0°
