NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater urges the
Pinellas County Commission to proceed immediately with Plana and
construction of additional court room facilities in the Pinellas County
Court House, Clearwater, which are adequate to handle the present needs
and future expectation of growth in the area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of Octoper, 1963.
