RIGOLUTION
No. b3 - ll6
WHEIthAS, the City of Clearwater has found it nocessary to
construct and maintain a firo alarm cable across the right of way and under
the wires and tracks o£ the A~aantlc Coast Line Railroad Company at
Jcffards Street, Clearwater, Florida, at a point 1, 500 feet eouthwardly,
measured along the center line of the Railroad°s main track from Mile Post
RE-882; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that effect
for formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the proper
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted by
said City, formally approvin£; said agreement and authorizing the proper
City officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY .AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor-Commissioner, together with the other appropriate
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and
empowered to execute a certain agreement with the Atla.x~tic Caaat Line
Railroad Company, bearing date of September 6, 1963, in connection with
the construction and maintenance of a fixe alarm cable across the right of way
and undex the wires and tracks of said Railroad at Jeffords Street, Clearwater,
Florida, at a point 1, 500 feet eouthwardly, measured along the center line
of the Railroad~e main track from Mile Post RE-882.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October, ~1. D. 1963.
