WHEREAS, the Railxoad has requested a Resolution be adopted
by said City formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper
City officials to execute the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED SY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate Municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company
bearing data of in connection with the laying, maintaining
and operating a line of $-inch cast iron gravit}~-flow sanitary sewer pipe
crossing under the proparty and tracks of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad
Carnpany at a point 209 feet, more or leas, westwardly from its Mile Post
$72, in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida,
