COMMISSION OF TI3E CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $10, ?67. 94 be paid to the General Fund of the
City of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by the First National
Bank of Clearwater, Fioxida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund
Agreement dated April 1, 19b3, which Construction Trust Fund is derived
from proceeds of the sale of Incinerator Revenue Bonds, Series of 1963.
2, That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Txuetee to pay the foregoing sumo directly
to the said City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (c}
and otherrltnvisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
