NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $42.72 be paid to the Natural Gas Program
of the City of Clearwater, and the sum of $2, 990.71 be paid to the Bank
of Clearwater as Trustee of Construction Trust Fund, dated October 21,
1959, from the Construction Trust Fund by the City National Bank of
Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement
dated October 21, 1959, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from
proceeds of the sale of Municipal Parking Revenue Bonds, Series of 1959.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Tr~istee, which said certified copy s1~a11 constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sums directly
to the said City of Clearwater and the Bank of Clearwater as Trustee
forthwith in campliancR with Section 3 (F) and atherprovisions of said
Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
