WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Coxc~mission has previously
indicated that the Coun ty of Pinellas would undertake such improvement
but the work is srtill unfinished;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMT5SiON dF THE CITY OF CL:EARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND Rr,GULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Board of County Comrnissionexs of Pinellas County,
Florida, is requested to pxogress with and complete the needed resuxfacing
and widening an additional four (4) feet of Gulf Boulevard lying within the
corporate limits of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, with all possible dispatch.
2, That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the
Board of County Commissioners of Pinellas County, Florida.
