WHEREAS, it has been requested by George C. Oviatt and
Marie A. Oviatt, hie wife, the ownera of Lot 2 i, Block D, Sanest Lake
Estates, Unit 3, Pinellas County, Florida, that the City of Cleanarater,
Florida, vacate a certain portion of the utility easement on said real
property; and
WHEREAS, said portion of utility easement is not necessary nor
required and it is deemed to be to the hest interest and advantage of the
City and the general public that the same bo vacated;
