~'~-- ~- ~~ ~ ~ WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater ]ties previously paid out of its
Natural Gas Program fund sums to cavor certain miscellaneous expensos
in connection with the validation of $3, 2b0, 000 Utility Tax Improvement
Certificates, Series of 1959; and
WHEREAS, tho City of Clearwater should now bo reimbursed for
such sums expended from the Construction Trust Fund derived from the
proceeds of the sale of said Utility Tax Improvement Certificates, Series
of 1959; and
WHEREAS, there is now due and payable to the Natural Gas Program
fund of the City of Clearwater the following sums:
Clearwater Sun, Advertisement of Order to Show
Cause, Paid by Check #420 $27, 72
Avery Gilkersan, Clerk of Circuit Court,
Filing Fee 15.00
for a total reimbursement of $2.72;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE YT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF' THE CITY OF CLE;ARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
1. That the sum of $42, 72 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by the Sank of Clearwater, Glearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of
Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated October 21, 1959, which Con
struction Trust Fund is dexived from proceeds of the sale of Utility Tax
Improvement Certificates, Series of 1959.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly
to the said City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 {CJ
and other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
