Series of 1959, which Construction Trust Fund Agreement is dated October
21, 1959, hae previously paid out of its funds sums to cover certain
expenses in connection with the validation and sale of $630, 000 Utility
Revenue Certificates, Sexies of 1959; and
WHEREAS, the City of Cleaxwater and the Bank of Clearwater as Trustee
of said Construction Trust Fund should now be reimbursed for such sums
expended from the Construction Trust Fund derived from the proceeds of
the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1962; and
WHEREAS, there is new due and payable to the General Fund of the
City of Clearwater far expenses in connection with the validation and sale
of $600, 000 Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1960, the following sums:

NOVV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $482. q5 be paid to the General Fund of the
City of Clearwater, the sum of $9b. 70 be paid to the Utility Revenue
Operating Fund of the City of Clearwater, and the sum of $3b. 84 be paid
to the Natura£ Gas Program of the City of Clearwater, for a total reimburae-
ment to the City of Clearwater of $b1G.49, and the sum of $3, 404. $2 be
paid to the Bank of Clearwater as Trustee of Construction Trust Fund, dated
October 21, 1959, from the Construction Trust Fund by the First National
Bank of Clearwator, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund
Agreement dated October 2g, 19b2, which Constructiun Trust Fund is derived
from proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of i9b2.
2. That a certified copy of this Reeaititian be deJ.ivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing surna directly
to the said City of Clearwater and the Bank of Clearwater as Trustee
forthwith in compliance with Section 3 ~C) and uther provisions of said
Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
