-- ~ • WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, has heratr~fore sold
and delivered $1, 100, 000 Incinerator Revenue Bonds pursuant to Ordinance
No. 954, enacted on November 26, 1g62; and
WHEREAS, the interest on said Incinerator Revenue Banda is due
and payable on August 1, 1g63; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to advance $13, 778.43 for payment of
said interest plus the banks feo for handling said interest coupons in the
amount of $55.00 for a total of $13, $33, 43;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $13, $33.43 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof
of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated April i, 19b3, which
Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Incinerator
Revenue Bonds, Series of lgb3, to the Chase Manhattan Bank, New York
City, New York.
2, That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction
of the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly
to the said Chase Manhattan Bank forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (c)
and other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this __15th day of July, 1q~3.
