NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to
execute the agreement obtaining the necessary easements, both temporary
and permanent, from Barbour N. Thornton and Jane R. Thornton, his wife,
and Frances T. Folkes, a widow.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith to
Barbour N. Thornton and Jane R. Thornton, his wife, and Frances T.
Folkes.
