NOW, THEREFORE, J3E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute all instruments, including Subordinations of Encumbrance to
Property Rights and Utility Relncation Agreement, needed in connection
with this project and to deliver same to the State Road Department as
required for State Road S-588.
~. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
In the State Rond Department at Bartow, Florida.
