dooms it advisable and in the bast intorest of tho pooplo of the City of Clearwatex,
Florida, to close and vacate an unused portion of a pumping station easement
on Lot 135, Forroat Hill Estates Unit d;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY
AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
That the following described portion of easement:
