WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater recognizes the value of the Junior
Chamber of Commerce efforts on bohalf of the City; and
~' WHEREAS. the City of Clearwater has benefited because of the
enthusiastic and sincere efforts of Rick Hall and his civic contributions; and
WHEREAS, we have observed the enthusiasm and sincerity of Rick
Hall in these efforts; and
WHEREAS, each of us knows of his dedication to the principles of
the 3aycee Creed; and
WHEREAS, he has wan the respect of the citizens of Clearwater through
his efforts to improve this community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE YT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Commission of the City of Clearwater enthusiastically
endorses the candidacy of Rick Hall far President of the Florida Junior
Chamber of Commerce.
2, That we suggest that all young men of action support for the
Presidency of the Florida Jaycees another young man of action and vote
for Rick Hall,
