NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the following described portion of the platted and dedicated
riglft of way of Coronado Drive:
The Weat 91 feet of Coronado Drive from Causeway
Boulevard to Gulfview Boulevard as dedicated in Plat
of City Park Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 23,
page 37 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated and closed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, A, D. 1963.

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, to preparing to pave
a parking area at Clearwater Beach, and a certain portion of the platted
and dedicated right of way of Coronado Drive is included therein and should
be vacated; and
WHEREAS, said portion of the right of way is not necessary nor
required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the
City and the general public that the same be vacated;
