RESOLUTION
No. 63 - 31
""~ WHEREAS, it is necessary and appropriate that the City of
Clearwater open up a new bank account in the First l~iatianal Sank of
Clearwater, in accordance with Ordinance No. 954 and the Construction
Trust Fund Agreement covering the issuance of $1, 100, 000 Incinerator
Revenue Bonds, series of 19b3, which bank account shall be entitled
"Incinerator Sinking Fund"; and '
WHEREAS, the City Commission is desirous of designating the
appropriate officials to execute all checks covering this new account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the officials authorized to execute checks of withdrawal
from the "Incinerator Sinking Fund" in the First National Bank of Clear-
water shall b6 the City Manager, FAMES R. STEWART, ar the Acting
' City Manager, G. B. WEIMER, and the City Treasurer, •KENNETH Mc
CREAKY or the Acting City Treasurer, MARCILE HESCH, and said
officials are the only persons authorized to execute said checks until
further resolution of this Commission.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said First National Bank of Clearwater, which said certified copy shall
constitute the direction of the City of Clearwater to said Bank regarding
withdrawals from the "Incinerator Sinking Fund. "
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1963.
