WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner o£ the herein-
after described prnperty; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right of way,
although the same is to be used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires„to officially dedicate
said street by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMAii75SION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is
hereby dedicated as a public street for use by the general public, and
the City of Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
Any and all lands lying between the Westerly boundary
of the SE-1/4 of the SW-1/~k of the NE-1/4 of Section
14, Township 29, Range i5 East, and the Easterly
boundary line of Keys#ane Avenue as the said Easterly
boundary line appears according to the Replat of Lake-
wood Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 20, page 41,
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
2, This resolution shall became effective immediately upon
its passage.
