WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted
by said City, formally approving said agreement and authoxizing the
propex City officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMNfISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, 7N 5ES5ION DULY AND
REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
That the IVfayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute a certain agreement with the Atlan#ic Coast Line Railroad
Company, bearing date of January 23, lgb3, in connection with the
installing and maintaining, for the purpose of conducting natural gas,
a line of 3- 1/2 inch steel pipe across the right of way and under the
Trilby-St. Petersburg main track of said Railroad in Franklin Street,
Clearwater, Florida, at a point 3164 feet southwardly, measured along
the center Line of said main track from Mile Post RE-$ii 1.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th
