WHEREAS, it hoe been determined by the City Gc,mrnission of the
City of Clearwater, Florida, aftex recommendation of the City Manager and
after a personal inapectian of said property by the City Commission, that the
present condition of the progeny described below is such that the public health
is impaired by the excessive growth of thickets, weeds, shrubs, brush and
other growths, and the accumulation of trash, or other material liable to be
a source of dangex to the public health or safety, on said property and that
after thirty (30) days' notice and failure of the owner thereof to do so, the
City Commission shall have the thickets, weeds, shrubs, brush or trash
removed and assess the cost of such removal against the property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION REGULARLY AND DULY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the following described property situated in said City, and
owned by Holges J. Nyholm:
Lots 16, 17, 18 and Ig Navajo Park, according to map
or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 63 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, also known
as 1022 Mohawk Sttei~t, Cleaxwater, Florida,
