RESOLUTION
No. 64 - 190
WHEREAS, the First National Sank of Clearwater, Florida, is

Trustee of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated October 29, 1962,
which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of
Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1962; and

WHEREAS, said First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, is
also Trustee of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated September 16,
1464, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale
of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of Ig64; and
WHEREAS, Construction Trust Fund derived from proceeds of the
sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of Ig62, now has a balance
remaining of $264.09; and
WHEREAS, said Construction Trust Fund derived from proceeds of
the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1962, now remains inactive,
it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City that this
balance of $264r Og be transferred to the Construction Trust Fund derived
from the proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of
1864;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $264, Og be transferred from the Construction
Trust Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, Trustee
thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated October 2q, 1962,
which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of
Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1862, to the Construction Trust
Fund of which the First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, is Trustee
thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated September 16, 1964,
which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of
Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1964.
