No, 61~ -187
WHEREAS, the City Commission of tho City of Clearwater passed
Resolution No. 5$-!+$ on June lb, l95$, containing certain recommen-
dations to the Pinellas County Navigation and Water Control Authority
for the setting of bulkhead lines within the limits of the City; and
WHEREAS, this said Resolution No. 5$-1}$ was passed after recom-
w
mendation from the City Engineer and after a public hearing on the
recommendations had been held and objections thereto considered; and
WHEREAS, the Gity Commission did pass Resolution No. 61+-127
reaffirming the action taken by said Resolution No. 5$-l~$; and
WHEREAS, the Gity Commission is now desirous of amending the
action taken by said Resolution No. 5$-!~$ and affirmed by Resolution
No . 61~-127
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
CONRKESSlON OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
amends its recommendations to the Pinellas County Navigation and
Water Control Authority as to the setting of bulkhead lines within
the limits of the City of Clearwater as set out in Resolution No. 5$-1~$
and affirmod by Resolution No. b1~-127 by substituting the attached
map and legal description of a recommended bulkhead line for the
development known as Island Estates of Clearwater for that map and
description for the said development which was a part of Resolution
No. 5$-4$• In all other respects the said Resolution No. 5$-~.$ as
a.~i.rmed by Resolution No. 6~.-127 is hereby ratified and confirmed.
