NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to execute
a certain agreement with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, bearing
date of November 12, 1964, i.n connection with the construction and maintenance
of three electric wire lines across the right of way and under the wires and
track of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company on Drew Street near Mile
Post RE»881, in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 1964.
