RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, it has been proposed to the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, Florida that certain public improvements and work, horeinafter
described, should be made; and
WHEREAS, said public improvements and work proposed to be made
are described as follows:
Construct paving, drainage and curbs in Say Esplanade
from Mandalay East to Clearwater Harbor, Clearwater
Beach, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, proper legal notice of the public hearing on said proposed
public improvements on November 16, 1964, has been duly given and
published;
;~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
~•. COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
"~`• IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS

ii FOLLOWS:
That since no valid objections have been filed, or the objections
filed are insufficient, that the construction of gaving, drainage and curbs
in Bay Esplanade fram Mandalay East to Clearwater Harbor, Clearwater
Beach, Florida, be accomplished and the City Manager and the City Engineer
are directed to forthwith proceed with such improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 19b4.
