RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater hoe previously paid out of its
funds sums to cover certain miscellaneous expenses as hereinafter set
out; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater should now be xeimburecd for
such sums expended from the Construction Trust Fund derived from the
proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of
1960; and
WHEREAS, there is now due and payable to the General Fund of the
City of Clearwater for certain miscellaneous expenses, the foilawing:
Stockroom supplies issued
chargeable to Drew Street
widening job $50.38
for a reimbursement to General Fund of $50.38;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMM1SSiON OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $50. 38 be paid to the General Fund of the City
of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by the Bank of Clearwater,
Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement
dated July I8, 1961, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds
of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of 1960.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to
tl~e said City of Clearwater forthwith u~ compliance with Section 3 (B) and other
provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1964.
