~1VHER.EAS, tho City of Clearwater is the o~vncr of the herefnaftcr
described property; and
WHEREAS, the said City is dosiroue of formally dedicating said
property ass an easement for utility installation and maintenance, with the
right to construct, install and maintain thereon any utilities acid to inspect
and alter such utilities from time to time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMML58ION OF THE CITY OF CLEAIZ.WATER, FLCIRIDA.,

dedicated as an easement fax utility installation and maintenance, with the
right to constru ct, install and maintain thereon any utilities and to inspect
and alter such utilities from time to time:

of said Section, a distance of 524, 29 feet to the SE corner of
8th Addition to Highland Pines Subdivision as recorded in Plat
Hook 57, page 70, Pubic Records of Pinellas County, Florida;

a distance of l 139. 42 feet to the Naxth right of way line of Long
Street for the P. O. S, ;thence continue N 0°25'2111 E a1°ng said
line, a distance of 635. 60 feat to the South right of way line °f
