1. That the Tampa Say Regional Planning Council be requested to
have its planning group make a feasibility study of all possible sites in the
area suitable and available for a State park and come forward with a
recommendation to be made to the State of Florida which would be based
on sound planning rather than on political expediency, and that until such a
feasibility study has been made that the matter of recommending that the
State purchase Sand Key be tabled.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council at its next meeting.
