WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted by
said City, formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper
.-~ City officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMM3SSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to execute
a certain agreement with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company in connection
with the laying, maintaining and operating a line of 6, 625-inch (O. D. } steel
carrier pipe within a 10.75D-inch (O. D, }steel casing pipe, for the conveyance
of natural gas, in or near Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, crossing
under the property and tracks of the Seaboard Air Trine Railroad Company
266 feet, more or less, northeastwardly frarn its Mile Post 873.
