WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an Easement Agxaernent to
that effect for formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the
proper municipal officexs of the City at Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted by
said City formally appxoving said agreement and authorizing the proper City
officials to execute soma;
NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
CONSMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Tiayor, together with the othex appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater, era hexaby authorized and empowered to execute
a certain Easement Agxeament with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company,
bearing date of August 18, 19b4, for constructing and maintaining a stxaet
crossing, designated as Drew Street, aver said Raiixoad~s right of way and
tracks at a paint 1, 374 feet South of Miie Past RE-681, Clearwatex, Pinellas
County, Fiarida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th
