A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
DEDICATING UTILITY EASEMENTS LYING ACROSS CITY..OWNED
PARCELS OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 29
SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA:
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the own~r of the hereinafter described
property: and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to dedicate portions thereof as util ity easements:
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The properties described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit
B attached hereto are h~reby ded icated as utility easements for use by the
general public, Florida Power Corporation, and the City of Clearwater as their

Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution in
