A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
DEDICATING A TEN-FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LYING 'ACROSS A CITY-OHNED PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN
TRACT B, MYRON A. SMITH'S BAYVIEW SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter described
property: and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to dedicate a portion thereof as a drainage and
utility easementj now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The property described in Exhibit A attached hereto, consisting
of a ten-foot wide tract as depicted on Exhibit B, is hereby dedicated as a
drainage and utility easement for use by the general public and the City of
Clearwater as their interests may appear.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution in
the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
