AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
CORRECTIVE GRANT OF EASEMENTS FROM ALLAN B. DAVIS, AS
TRUSTF.E, TO THE CITY, ACKNOWLEDGING AND ACCEPTING THE
CORRECTIVE GRANT OF EASEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITYj
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

~ Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the

original of the Corrective Grant of Easements, a copy of which instrument in its
unexecuted form is attached hereto as Exhibit A to this resolution.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record the Corrective
Grant of Easement~ in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, following
execution thereof by the Mayor and the City Clerk.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.

CORRECTIVE GRANT OF EASEMENTS
This Corrective Grant of Easements dated this day of
, 1990, by and between ALLAN~DAVIS, as,
Trustee, for himself, his heirs and assigns, ("Grantor"), and the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation existing under the
laws of' the State of Florida, ("Grantee").
WIT N E SSE T H:
1. The Grantor executed and deliverd to Grantee those
certain easement rights "contained in the following documents:
(a) Grant of Easement dated December 13, 1979, and
recorded February 15, 1980, in O.R. Book 4982, Page
1186, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
(b) Gz;ant of Easement dated December 13, 1979, and
recorded February 15, 1980, in O.R. Book 4982, Page
1188, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
(collectively "Easements").
2. The Easements were prepared by Thomas A. Bustin, City
Attorney for the City of Clearwater, and Allan B, Davis, Esquire,
and the Easements were . filed of record without the Ci ty of
Clearwater being identified as the Grantee.
3. Grantee, by and through its appropriate officer, has
e)cecuted this document' verifying and acknowledging that the
Easements were intended for the use and benefit of Grantee, and
that Grantee has utilized said easement rights from the date of
the Easements to this date for the purposes therein expressed.
, IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
document the day and year above first written.
