b. Personnel - $10.00 per hour per employee x number
of employee hours for straight time
- $15.00 per hour per employee x number
of employee hours for overtime
3. Equipment charges - $5.00 charge for each piece of equipment
used per day (piano, P.A. system, spotlights, kitchen, etc.)
(b) Athletic fields
1. Hourly charges
a. Utilities - $9.00 per hour x number of hours
b. Personnel - $11.50 per hour per employee x number
of employee hours for straight time
- $17.25 per hour per employee x number
of employee hours for overtime
c. Reservation fee - $6.00 per hour (2-hour minimum)
(c) Swimming pools
1. Basic rental fee - $60.00 per use
2. 'Hourly charges
a. Utilities - $8.00 per hour x number of hours
b. Personnel - $7.50 per hour per employee x number
of employee hours
Section 3. The fees established herein shall be paid to the City of
Clearwater and shall be submitted to the Parks and Recreation Department.
Section 4. When appl icable, a deposit of $30.00 shall be required to
reserve any building, bandshell or pool, and $12.00 to reserve an athletic field.
Said deposits shall be submitted with the application and will be refunded only
if the application is not approved.
Section 5. Those organizations or agencies which have current separate
facility agreements with the City of Clearwater shall be exempt from this
resolution.
Section 6. Resolution No. 88-39, adopted by the City Commission on August
18, 1988, is hereby rescinded.
Section~. This resolution shall take effect on January 1, 1991.
