A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, DEDICATING A 20-
FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ACROSS TWO PARCELS OF
PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN SECTIONS 10 AND 11, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE
15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY I flORIDA, AND A ROADWAY, DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENT ON A PARCEL OF PROPERTY IN BOHAIR HILL SUBDIVISION
NUMBER 3, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater Is the owner of the hereinafter described
property; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to dedicate a portion thereof as a drainage and
utility easement and a roadway, drainage and utility easement; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A portion of the following two parcels, as depicted on the
sketches attached hereto as Exhibits A and B, is hereby dedicated as a drainage
and utility easement for use by the general public and the City of Clearwater
as their interests may appear:

A 20-foot strip of land lying southerly of and adjacent to the CSX
11 RE~DIN' Railroad right-af-way (formerly the Tampa and Gulf Coast Railway)

Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution
