DE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY Cor,tMJSSJON OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
Ft.ORIOA:
SECTION 1: That the City of Clearwater calls upon all citizens of
,Clearwater to become aware of the serious impact of unfunded mandates on local
governmrmt and to be prepared to understand and support an amendment to the
Florida State constitution on the matter that will appeat. on the ballot in the
November 3, 1990 general election.
SECnml 2: That a copy of this Resolution be sent to the Governor,
Pinellas County Legislative Delegation, Pinel1as County Commission and all the
cities of Pine11as County, and that each body be requested to adopt similar
resolutions and positions so their views may be available to eVet~ citizen in
